OLIVIER NJ, PhD

London-based British Cycling L3 performance coach.

Dialogue and data-based 1-2-1 Performance Coaching. Working with athletes from juniors to masters, aiming for everything from local Track League and the legendary Palace Crits to Pro Contracts, sportives and Masters World Champs. All levels welcome - just bring motivation to progress!

Coaching athletes in road racing, track, triathlon, aquabike and ultras. Being a long-standing VC Londres club coach and team manager, I have led BC track clusters and regional sessions as well as regional teams at School Games, Inter-Regional Track champs and at races in the UK and overseas.

Everyone welcome. Not about starting level, what matters is working with riders who are committed to training and progressing. And having fun doing it! The ultimate goal for the rider-coach partnership is to give the athlete the tools and the mojo to take ownership of their own training.

A long-standing club coach at VC Londres, I also freelance coaching group sessions at Herne Hill Velodrome and other venues.

Coaching worldwide in English, French, Dutch & Swedish.
